Mike: Welcome to my place, Lisa! Come on in.
Lisa: Wow, Mike! Your apartment is so cozy and well-decorated. I love the warm lighting here.
Mike: Thanks! I spent a lot of time picking out the lamps and furniture. Let me give you a quick tour first. This way, please.
Mike: This is the living room, and the kitchen is right over there. I usually cook simple meals here on weekends.
Lisa: The open kitchen design is great! Do you cook often? I’m terrible at it—I mostly order takeout.
Mike: Yeah, I enjoy cooking in my free time. It’s a good way to relax. Later, I’ll make my signature steak for dinner.
Lisa: That sounds amazing! I’m already looking forward to it. By the way, is that a collection of vinyl records on the shelf?
Mike: You noticed! I’ve been collecting them for five years. I love listening to old jazz when I’m reading.
Lisa: That’s such a cool hobby. I used to listen to jazz with my dad, but I never thought about collecting vinyl.
Mike: Feel free to sit on the sofa. Would you like something to drink? I have coffee, tea, or orange juice.
Lisa: A cup of tea would be perfect, thanks. Your place really feels like a home—so warm and full of personality.
Mike: I’m glad you think so. Making a space comfortable is important to me. Let me go get your tea, and then we can chat more while I prepare dinner.
Lisa: Take your time! I’ll just admire your record collection a little more.
