　　My name is xxx， and I will graduate from Xi’an FanYi University in the year 2003， My major is secretary in English department.

　　一份份短小精悍的简历取代了以往厚厚的自传式简历和哗众取宠的“光盘简历”，求职简历开始“返璞归真”了。这是记者最近在市内各大人才市场上看到的新鲜事。

　　昨天上午，在解放碑商业大厦人才市场举行的“地产精英”大型人才招聘会上，重庆工商大学广告专业小李应聘一家外企的文秘，她递上的简历只有薄薄三张纸，上面只有个人基本信息、联系方式以及社会实践经验。小李说，以前学兄学姐制作一份简历得花上好几天功夫，内容更像是个人自传，一份简历厚厚的几十页，加上包装起码要花几十块钱，往单位投递的数量一多“银子”就“遭不住”。今年寝室的5个伙伴一致决定，每份简历不超过3张纸，根据不同单位和职位来制作简历，让自己和企业都省一把力。

　　去年，一些大学生求职时直接递给用人单位一张光盘，里面有他个人的各种信息。今年这类高科技产品在招聘会上明显受到冷落。与包装华丽、精雕细刻的自荐书相比，招聘单位们更看重这些“两三张纸”。和记黄埔地产公司的一位负责人坦率地告诉记者，前几年，大学生的求职简历简直让人眼花缭乱，几十种“实践经验”常常让用人单位绞尽脑汁来鉴别真伪。

　　重大B区的陈诚应聘的是重庆协信集团的工程设计人员。他告诉记者，自己并非不想制作一份与众不同的漂亮简历，但现在的用人单位更注重与大学生面对面交流，因此，自己也就没必要去花那个冤枉钱了。

　　重庆大洋装饰工程有限公司的人事秦经理表示，这次收到的160多份简历的总重量只相当于原来20份简历的重量，但针对性都很强，公司可以很省力地挑选出合适人才。
