　　1. What's the meaning of your English name? 你的英文名字有什么含义么？

　　要点：事实上现在取英文名不是新鲜事，但是取的是否是个好名字便要好好思考了。类似Apple、Honey等的名字其实外国人会觉得很奇怪。一个好名字和一个好解释也许会给你的面试加分。

　　回答示范：

　　The name King may sound a bit aggressive, I hope it won't make you feel uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, I chose the name King simply because it sounds like my Chinese name Jing. But, there is also a hidden meaning in it, that is, I wish to conquer diseases like a King!

　　2. Sometimes a work assignment requires frequent travel. How do you feel about the prospect of frequent travel？有时候工作需要你经常出差，你怎么看？

　　本这么问，也许是这份工作需要很多出差了。表示下自己对于出差的熟练就可以了。当然若是实在不好应付，比如晕车晕机，就要实话实说。

　　回答示范：

　　I am very lucky that I can eat and sleep very well on trips. I’ve never been carsick, and even when sitting on a train I can sleep well. So, I never need to worry about frequent traveling.

　　3. What do you look for in a job? 你期待什么样的工作？

　　要点：你的期许是面试官判断你是否适合这份工作的一大要点。好好回答吧~

　　回答示范：

　　I like a job where I can lead and motivate others and enjoy seeing improvements in team performance.

　　4. What were the best aspects of your last job? 在上一份工作中，你最喜欢的是什么地方？

　　要点：可以从你能学到什么的角度来谈。

　　回答示范：The best aspect of my job, well, is that I can learn a lot from others. As you can imagine Carrefour has a team of high-quality staff. When working with these people I can learn a lot, you know, their attitude to see things, the way they work.

　　5. Why did you leave your last job? 你为什么离职呢？

　　要点：千万注意不要【抱怨以前的老板】。另外要表现的积极向上。

　　回答示范：

　　（1）I really enjoy what I do, but I’m ready for more responsibility and challenge which your job offers. Unfortunately, my last job can’t give me this.

　　（2）I feel I have reached the "glass ceiling" in my current job. / I feel there is no opportunity for advancement.

　　总结

　　面试的关键在于注意细节，不要太过随意，要展现积极向上的自己。
