good morning, my name is XXX, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i wont give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

Good morning, my dear teachers, my dear professors. I am very glad to be here for your interview. My name is Song Yonghao, I am 22 years old. I come from Luoyang, a very beautiful ancient city. my undergraduate period will be accomplished in Chang'an university in July, 2004; and now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Tongji University.
Generally speaking, I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. When I was sophomore, I found web design very interesting, so I learned it very hard. 错误一、对招聘企业不了解

错误三、面试时迟到或失约
迟到或失约是外企面试中的大忌。守时不但是美德，更是面试时必须做到的事。因此，应提前10至15分钟或准时到达。如因有要事迟到或缺席，一定要提前打电话通知该公司，并预约另一个面试时间。
错误四、对自己的“历史”撒谎或夸大
虽说面试回答考官问题时，应该扬长避短，突出自己的优势。但是对于从来没有取得过的成绩和做过多的事情，可不要因为碍于面子就硬说自己做过。因为外企的面试官，尤其是外籍主管，特别喜欢针对某一个问题作深入提问，如果你说你做过，他们马上会接着问几个关于细节的问题，到时候露了馅，可是很无地自容的哦!而且，万一让对方发现你不诚实，那毫无疑问地就会把你淘汰出局了。
错误五、表现得傲气十足
无论你学历有多高、能力有多强、工作经验有多丰富，你都不要轻视任何一个提问和其他应聘者。去外企面试的时候，虽然自信很重要，但是也要客观地评估自己，如果表现得太强势、过于自信的话，也会让招聘企业考虑你是否合群、是否好培养。曾经有一个国际贸易专业的高材生，去马士基参加初试的时候，主考官问：“如果你的同事中有的人不太好沟通，你会怎么办?”他竟然抢答到：“最重要的是工作，每个人都有自己的个性，不需要去勉强。”一个星期之后，公司很客气地通知他不用参加复试了。对此专家的点评是：自信和骄傲往往就只有一线之隔，骄傲的人令人生厌，缺乏团队合作精神，外企绝不喜欢一个单打独斗的独行侠。
错误六、没有明确的个人职业规划
针对职业规划最常见的提问就是“未来5年，你的职业规划是怎样的?”这个时候，如果你表现得很茫然，或者只是有一个简单的目标，比如：“销售部经理”，但是当主管问到你具体如何一步步达到这样的目标时，你却无言以对。那么，你很有可能无法通过这次面试。外企对每一个员工的个人职业发展计划都很看重，他们认为：个人职业规划模糊的员工，频繁跳槽的可能性会很大，因为有太多不确定的因素会干扰到他改变自己的人生轨迹，工作也不会很积极进取，所以不是他们需要的人。
