　　1.Begin making your career plan by identifying all of your special skills and abilities.

　　The first step involves making a thorough assessment of who you really are and what it is you can and cannot do. Identify what your special skills are and where your talents lie. Be very honest with yourself since this your personal career you are working at. Write all of these down as they will play a major role in your career choice.

　　3.Make a list of both your short and long term career objectives.列出你的短期以及长期的职业目标

　　Do not set impossible goals for yourself. On the other hand, do not make them so simple that you under-estimate your own value. Consider what you picture yourself doing a year from now. Go further into thefuture and find out how you would like to see yourself and where you would want to be. Be realistic with your objectives. It will not be so difficult if you are able to honestly recognize your capabilities. Aim to improve yourself on certain aspects that you know can help you achieve what you are setting out to do.

　　4.Work towards your goals. 朝你的目标做出努力

　　This may be the most difficult part of your career plan. Remember that writing it down is only the start. What you do after is what will count. Aim to meet all of your goals according to what you have written down. Should you miss out on something along the way, you need not worry too much. This does happen and all you will have to do is re-examine your plan and start on working on your goals over. This may entail a bit of revising on your part. The important thing is that you are making a positive action towards achieving your career goals.
