Compared to developed countries, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field is awkward. 　　First of all, Id like to talk about my experience. Being an excellent English teacher is my dream. I used to work in the lion king education group as an English teacher. I was glad that I benefited a lot from it. The most important thing is that I learned a new way about how to be a good teacher: just think in the way of students, if I were the students, can I make a better understanding of what I say?
