　　GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

　　The Graduate Trainee Program is designed as a program to attract talent to the organization to meet its future growing needs. The program is an investment by the company to develop talent and fast track individuals into a designated field.

　　CAMPUS RECRUITMENT PROCESS

　　三、招聘岗位

　　(一)POSITIONS FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

　　We provide graduate trainee positions on Commercial Track, Operations Track, Industrial Track and Financial Track to graduates in this program, starting from July 2015, lasting for 12 months.

　　我们为应届毕业生提供商业培训生、运营培训生、工业培训生和财务培训生等岗位。项目从2015年7月开始，为期12个月。

　　(二)COMMERCIAL TRACK 商业培训生

　　为了向这家超过160年历史的世界500强跨国贸易公司的核心业务团队持续输送优秀人才，商业培训生将在12个月的时间里，在包括现货期货交易、产品和市场分析、市场、物流、采购以及合同执行等方面接受全面和系统性的培训。在经过数月的培训和评估后，商业培训生将被分配在适合自己发展的职位上。即使在其后2到4年的时间里，您仍有机会在其他的职位上轮岗。

　　参考专业(原则上不限专业)：国际贸易、经济学、数学、统计学、金融学、管理类或其他专业。

　　工作地点：北京，上海或公司可能安排的其他地点。

　　(三)OPERATIONS TRACK 运营培训生

　　物流和商务执行是公司运营的重要基础和保障，是将"Transaction"转化为"Cash"的关键环节。运营培训生将在公司的上述两个部门接受系统性培训，并有机会全面了解公司各业务平台的知识和运营模式。

　　参考专业：国际经济与贸易、经济管理、物流管理，以及其他经济或贸易类专业。

　　工作地点：北京或公司可能安排的其他地点。

　　(四)INDUSTRIAL TRACK 工业培训生

　　工业培训生将在公司下属的油脂压榨厂轮岗。通过系统性地学习工厂生产经营中各个部门和环节的知识，让一名应届毕业生初步具备成为未来工厂管理人员的能力。

　　参考专业：油脂工程、食品科学与工程、机械和自动化、机电一体化、环境和安全类或其他相关专业。

　　工作地点：河北霸州，江苏张家港，广东东莞或公司可能安排的其他地点。

　　(五)FINANCIAL TRACK 财务培训生

　　财务部全面负责这家跨国贸易公司运营所涉及的会计、税务、信用审查、资金管理、财务及营运控制等方面的工作。作为财务培训生，将广泛接触财务部上述各个领域的工作，详细了解每一个组成部分的工作内容，让一名应届毕业生初步具备成为未来财务管理人员的能力。
