　　我来自大别山脚下的一个落后的小村子。我深深懂得“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦害来”。苦涩的童年时代和艰难的求学之路培养了我“流汗流血不流泪”的性格和“特别能吃苦，特别能忍耐，特别能奉献”的良好品质。因此，我十分珍惜我的工作岗位，工作踏踏实实，勤勤恳恳，一丝不苟。

　　2．虚心好学，开拓进取的创新精神

　　爱因斯坦说过，“兴趣是最好的老师”。我热爱教学工作，平时也很喜欢探讨教学中的问题。大到教育理念，小到某个知识点的讲解。业余坚持学习教育学和教育心理学。并于年在枝江一中首创了“心海驿站”这个学生心理辅导站。

　　我至今还记得上大学那年父亲对我讲的“做人不欺人，不自欺”的做人准则。

　　遇大事不糊涂，办实事不拖拉。解决问题只求实。

　　第二：必备能力枝江一中六年的工作经历使我具备了担任教务处主任助理的工作能力。

　　1．工作经历：班主任工作通关（高三两年），三次高三教学，三年教科科室副主任。

　　特别是在年，我带高三（11），三（12）两个班的英语课，三（12）班班主任，同时，主要负责教科室工作（时任教科室主任的周德富老师因病请假一年）

　　2．工作业绩：

　　第三：独特的优势：

　　1．我有担任教务处主任助理的年龄优势：30岁，正当盛年，正是甩开臂膀大干一场的黄金年华。

　　2．我有坚强的后盾，我的战友黄会慧，现夷陵中学一（3）、一（13）班英语教师，同时任一三班班主任，我们同教英语，有着天然的协作和支持的便利条件。

　　3．家庭支持：不久远在枝江的父母也会到宜昌定居。有了他们的支持，我们便没有了对父母儿子的牵挂，可以全身心投身于工作中去。

　　基于以上三大方面的原因，我认为我有能力担任教务处主任主力这一职务。下面，我简要谈谈我对教务刘主任助理这一工作岗位的认识。

　　简单的说，十二个字：“组织协调，当好参谋，做好服务”教务工作细小繁杂，几乎每天都“重复着昨天的故事”。然而教学是学校的中心工作，因而教务工作这便显的尤为重要，一但教学工作某环节出了问题，就会影响整个学校的正常的教学秩序。1．组织协调指的是：协助主任指导课题组，坐好教师的雪原培训工作，新教师的岗前培训工作，抓好校本培训工作，编排四表：教师分工安排表、课表、时间表、值日值周表，完成教学情况的检查汇总反馈工作。

　　2．当好参谋指的是：定期召开学生座谈会，及时掌握第一手资料，完成教学的数据的统计工作，及时发现问题，并为班主任提供建设行的意见，成立教学顾问团，试题评价机制，优质课竞赛选拔机制，本校先进教师业绩报告会例会制，开办学生陪优辅差班：为实验班开辟图书馆。实验室绿色通道。高一新生开设礼仪课，学法指导课，心理健康教育课。

　　3．做好服务指的是：为课题组提供服务，帮助课题组完成资料的收集整理工作，具体地向老师们准备好每一期的教育教学理论学习资料，并督促老师们做好理论笔记，做好各类台帐：如教师资料选用台帐，教师条理台帐，师生获奖台帐，师生请假台帐，教师参加大型教研活动或竞赛活动台帐，集体备课活动台帐，教学常规检查、学生的学籍管理和教师

　　的业务的管理，等等台帐，这必将有效地为过程考核和终端评价积累原始资料。

　　假如我对于幸竞聘成功，我将笨鸟先飞、不负重望、不辱使命，并从以下四个方面做好本质工作。

　　im not saving anything; we use our good china and crystal for every special. event such as losing a pound, getting the sink unstopped, the first camellia blossom… i wear my good blazer to the market if i feel like it. my theory is if i look prosperous, i can shell out $28. 49 for one small bag of groceries without wincing. im not saving my good perfume for special parties s; clerks in hardware stores and tellers in banks have noses that function as well as my party going friends.

　　someday and one of these days are losing their grip on my vocabulary. if its worth seeing or hearing or doing, i want to see and hear and do it now. im not sure what my sister wouldve done had she know that she wouldnt be here for the tomorrow we all take for granted.

　　i think she would have called family members and a few close friends. she might have called a few former friends to apologize, and mend fences for past squabbles. i like to think she would have gone out for a chinese dinner, her favorite food. im guessing. ill never know.
