　　1、Can you work under pressure?or Were you ever under a great deal ofpressure?

　　是的，我可以!因为我在读大学期间，曾经担任过校体育部的副部长，学校举办的很多活动都是由体育部来组织的，所以已经习惯了在强压下工作，令我印象最深的是校运动会，那可是学校的大型活动，基本上从头至尾都是有体育部自己操办，包括很多的细节，例如要安排好每个班级的位置，运动会开幕式的入场顺序，各项比赛的时间安排等等。

　　Yes, I can! Because when I was in college, I served as the vice minister of the sports department. And thereare a lot of activities which are held by the sports department. So I have accustomed to working under strong pressure. I am most impressed that theschool sports meeting,which is one of the most large-scale activities in my college, basically it is made arrangements by the sports department from startto finish. It includes many details, Such as arranging the location of eachclass, arranging the order of admission to the opening ceremony,arranging the time of every kind of competitions and so on. So I believe I can .

　　2、What is your greatest strength? What are your assets?

　　我最大的优势是坚强的意志力和超强的耐力，当然这是后天训练出来的结果，因为我是名长跑运动员，在以前大大小小的比赛中，无论自己有多累，我都会对自己说，你要坚持下去，你现在是在跑道上，你必须用跑的形式来结束这场比赛，你不可以停下来，如果你停下来你就失败了，你就是个十足的失败者，自己都会瞧不起自己。但是如果我没有放弃，即使我是最后一个跑过终点线的人，我同样会为自己感到骄傲和自豪，因为我战胜了自己。

　　My biggest advantages are my strong willand endurance to the things I like, OF course, they are not natural. I was along-distance runner in the past. And while I was running in the runway, nomatter how tired I was, I would never stop running I would tell to myself thatI can not stop. If I stop, I will be a real loser. On the contrast, if I insiston running to finish the competition, even though I am the last runner toacross the finish line, I will still fell proud of myself. Because I won myself.

　　我最大的缺点就是我有点固执，我总有我自己的想法，只有当我碰壁的时候我才会考虑别人给我的建议，但是就是因为我的这份固执，这份执着，才让我锻炼了我坚强的意志，不屈不挠的性格。

　　My biggest drawback is that I am a little stubborn. I am alwaysinsisting on my own opinion. I will not consider other’s advice until I foundthat I run against the wall.. But because of my stubbornness, I become a personwho have strong will and indomitablecharacter.

　　4、What have you done to correctyour weaknesses?

　　我想我会在做每件事情之前，好好斟酌身边的人给我的意见，来找到一个最好的解决方法。

　　At present, I will consider the advice which is given by thepeople around me first and find the best way to solve the problems.

　　5、Have you ever failed?

　　我觉得我是在失败的陪伴下长大的，是失败让我看清楚通往成功的那条路，只有错过才能更深刻的理解什么是对的，我一直认为人的一生如果太顺利的话反而不是件好的事情，安逸的生活会让人变得脆弱，不堪一击，所以失败是我人生中最总要的老师之一。

　　In fact, I was growing upaccompanied by the failures. It is failures which leads me to success. Onlyafter the mistakes, I can understand the right things better. I have alwaysthought that it was not good if one's life always goes well. An easy life canlead people to become fragile and vulnerable, so failure is one of the most important teachers in mylife.

　　6、 What is your biggest failure?

　　太过自信结果导致自己慢慢变成了自负，觉得自己很聪明，结果聪明反被聪明误。记得上中学的时候，期末考试前大家都在紧张的复习中，我按照自己的方法进行复习，忽略了老师所讲的重点，考试成绩很不如意，这给了我重重的一击，它启示我听从有经验的人的指点会让自己少走很多弯路。

　　My biggest failure was that Iwas too confident to succeed. When I was in the middle school, all the studentswas preparing for the final exam. I also managed to reviewing all the courses.But I reviewed in my own way and ignored the importance which is given by myteachers. So I got a bad result in the exam. This bad result hit me greatlywhich made me know that I should regard other’s experience as the sun which cantake me to the brightness.

　　7、How do you handle failure?

　　当自己失败时，要学会及时调整自己的心态，千万不能让自己灰心丧气，要把这次失败看成是又向成功迈进了一步，要及时找出失败的原因，总结经验，不要两次都犯同样的错误。

　　At present, I have learned how to facefailures. I will adjust my attitude well when facing failures. I should regardthe failures as a further step to the success. And find the reasons forfailures to make sure that I will not make the same mistake any more.

　　8、How do you handle change?

　　世界无时无刻不在变化，没有什么东西是一成不变的，包括自己，人总要学着长大，吸取好的东西，改到自己坏的习惯，这样才可以称作是人生的蜕变!

　　There is nothing that will always keep thesame in the world. In fact all the things are changing with the time passage.,including me. I need to learn the good things and change my own bad habits withgrowing up. This is so called the transformation of life.

　　要想激励自己的员工更努力的工作，首先要让员工体会到，员工和企业是利益共同体(Community of interests)，是彼此共同进退的关系，我们共同努力的目标只有一个，让企业变得更强大;其次，因为每个人都有不同的需求，所以还要了解什么是他们目前最需要的，如何让他们的需求得到最大的满足，以此来激励员工更努力的工作。

　　To motivate the employees towork harder, on the one side we should make the employees understand that theinterests of employees and enterprises are the Community. In fact the employeesand the enterprises have to make progress together. We should work hard to makeour enterprise to become stronger, so that we also will benefit more. On theother side, we should manage to know about the need of the employees and tosatisfy them. If the employees are satisfied with the company, they will workharder.

　　10、Describe a time when you resolved a conflict?or How do you handleconflict?

　　当有冲突发生，一般都是因为两个人的意见不一致，而且对于有些事情根本没有谁对谁错，所以冲突发生后，我会站在对方的立场来看问题，找到彼此都能接受的看法。但基本上当我发现两个人的想法不一致的时候，我会换另外一个话题，来避免矛盾的发生。

　　Conflict may appear when twopeople do not agree with each other. And for some things, we can not tell whois right or wrong. So when the conflict appears, I will consider other’s viewfirst and then to find a point of view which can be accepted by each other. Butbasically I will change into another subject to avoid the conflict.

　　11、What is the hardest thing you ever did in your current job?

　　当我是发自内心想要去做的工作，我不会觉得有什么工作是困难的，相反如果觉得某份工作做起来觉得很难的话，多半是因为对这份工作不感兴趣，已经厌倦了，再简单的工作都会觉得很困难。就像我之前做过一份推销员的工作，推销保健品，有人会觉得推销一件产品真的很难，但我不这么认为，当我看到人们从对这个保健品全然不知到经过我的讲解后都愿意去购买的时候，我就会很自豪，而且我也很愿意去尝试用各种方法来增强我的说服力去让人家来购买我的产品，我觉得我的自我价值得到了体现。

　　If I like the job, I do not think there will be any difficulties in the job. On the contrast, If I think this job is difficult, the main reason for that is that I am not interested in it. If I do not like this job, even though the job is easy, I will also feel difficult too. Just like before, I was a salesman of health care product. Some people think that it is difficult to sell a product. But I do not think so. I would like to make people know something about the product by my introduction.And I will be proud if the people buy them because of my persuading. And I alsolike to increase my power of persuading in many different ways so that I canfeel my self-esteem.

　　当我真正喜欢上一个职业的时候，我会是这个企业里最忠诚的员工之一。我会把我所有的精力投入到工作当中去，我会把我的一生奉献给这个企业。

　　你觉得你以前的工作好在哪里?

　　以前我是一名推销员，它让我慢慢体会到我在这个社会扮演着怎样的角色，教会我这样一刚毕业的大学生如何从大学校园走向社会，教会了我如何成为一个服务型人员来服务这个社会。让我深刻体会到服务行业的宗旨：顾客就是上帝。

　　I was a salesman in the past.It was my first job which makes me know that the role I play in the society.And it also teach me how to become a service-oriented staff in the world. Ideeply appreciate the purpose of the service sector: Customer is God.

　　14、What did you dislike about your last job?

　　没有发展空间，我不能一辈子只做推销员，我有我自己的人生理想，我要去实现我的人生价值。I do not think the salesmanwill have a bright future. I have ideals. I am going to fulfill my valueof life

　　15、What was your favorite job? Whydo you want to be a flight attendant? What part of being a flight attendantinterests you most? What is the bestpart of being a flight attendant?

　　空中乘务员就是我最喜欢的工作之一，它可以带我到世界各地去领略不同的当地文化，带我去见识一些我从没有见识过的东西。而且还可以遇到各行各业形形色色的人，与人交流是我最喜欢的事情之一。因为人生有限，要在有限的生命力去见识的更多新鲜的事物，才能算不枉此生。

　　Stewardess is one of my favorite jobs. This job can take me todifferent parts of the world to experience the local culture, to see new thingsthat I have never known, to meet different kinds of people in different careersand so on. As we known, the life is limited, so we need to expose ourselves tothe new things to feel wonderful of life.

　　16、What was your least favorite job?

　　我不太喜欢从事科学研究之类的工作，在我看来这种工作是枯燥乏味的，相比之下我更喜欢与人打交道，古语说的好，读万卷书不如行万里路。行万里路不如阅人无数。

　　I do not like the work ofscientific research. In my opinion, this kind of job is boring. Compared withscientific research, I prefer to communicate with people. Just like the oldsaying, traveling is better than reading ten thousand books. Journey is not asgood as reading countless people.

　　17、How long will you stay with ourairline? What kind of contributions willyou make to our airline?

　　首先我要说我爱这个职业，所以我会为了这个职业奉献我所有的一切，直到我不能在我的工作付出的一天，直到你们不需要我的那一天。我会尽心尽力做好我的分内事，我只会感谢这个公司给我了这个工作而不会有任何抱怨。

　　First of all I have to say I love this profession, so I would liketo devote all to this career till I can not contribute anything to this job. Iwill manage to fulfill my duties without any complain.

　　18、What would your coworkers sayabout you?你的同事是怎么谈论你的?

　　我的朋友都说我是一个可以信赖的人。因为，我一旦答应别人的事情，就一定会做到。如果我做不到，我就不会轻易许诺。而且他们觉的我是一个比较随和的人，与不同的人都可以友好相处。在我与人相处时，我总是能站在别人的角度考虑问题

　　My friends said I am reliable, because I will fulfill all thepromises that I made. I will not make a promise if I can not do that. Myfriends also think I am an easy-going person. Because I like to consider theproblems on the other’s point of view, I can make friens with different kind ofpeople.

　　19、What would your previous supervisors say about you?

　　他说我是个很上进的人，责任心很强，因为我总能超额完成任务，所以他说我是个很有能力的人。

　　He said I am a positive personwith strong sense of responsibility. I can over fulfill the task, so he alsothink I am a good employee who has ability.

　　20、What were the people like at your lastcompany?

　　每一个人都非常友好，每天早上他们都会微笑的跟你打招呼，他们不会孤立排挤任何一个人，没有尔虞我诈;和他们的相处是愉快的，能和他们一起工作是件幸福的事，并且他们在你心情低落的时候会陪在你身边鼓励你，不会让你觉得无助，经过一段日子的相处，大家都像你的家人似的，处处得到大家的关心。

　　Everyone there is friendly.They would greet me with smile every morning. They will never isolate anyoneand there is no cheating between them. I like to work with them I feel happy towork under this situation. When I feel sad, my colleague there will encourageme to make me feel that I am not lonely. I get along with them well. We arelike a family.
