　　首先，我们应该充满精力和鼓励。因为我们的激情会让学生想学习英语，他们会带着天性去表现和展现出更多的潜力。同样，我们应该多元化评价。在课堂上，我们常常说：好，不错哦!这些简洁的话不能使他们在课堂上积极，但能促进他们在未来学习中的成就感。

　　其次，我们应该让课堂具有意义和创意。在课堂上，我们可以使用一些简短的句子，身体语言与学生进行交流。我们应该给学生清晰的目标，并给他们去尝试、创造和允许犯错的的机会。使课堂变得放松和有交流感，熟悉英语的语感。

　　再次，组织游戏和活动。活动是课堂的关键部分。它包括分组合作，竞争，角色扮演，猜谜，全身反应活动等等。无论使用哪种活动，要经常变换方式。从学生至我，学生至学生到学生至学生。推及至整个课堂。
