Xx，今年23岁，xx人，今年6月份毕业于xxxx大学（石家庄市），于8月6号进入xxxx酒店成为试用员工，至今已满三个月，在这三个月中我不由的感叹时间飞逝。但随着日子的流逝，酒店开业也近在咫尺。酒店各项工作也在日趋完善、成熟中。对酒店文化的不断加深，从中让我体会到皮都酒店领导班子的不同之处，使我越发觉得选择皮都国际酒店、销售部是我人生中一次正确的机遇。
从这三个月中我还领悟到了思想上、以及生活处事方面的东西。
在思想上，自觉遵守酒店规则制度，学习酒店的企业文化，积极参加酒店的培训，这才是思想上进的王道。同时日益激烈的社会竞争，也使我充分的认识到成为一名酒店正式优秀员工的重要性。
在生活处事中，皮都酒店虽然是我刚刚进入的一个新环境，但是酒店领导都很善解人意，关心员工，让我体会到了酒店是个多么温馨的'团体，从中也学会了如何与领导、同事更和睦的相处，在酒店各领导的关心和帮助下，让我真正体会到了从一个学生到一个工作者的转变。
在这三个月的试用期间，我深深的体会到，有一个和谐、共进的团队是非常重要的 虽然收获不少，但是还有很多不足的地方需要我认真去学习、去领悟。我相信在今后的工作和学习中，一定要把事情想的更全面一些，经过试用期间的锻炼，以及皮都国际酒店各领导的帮助下，我坚决改善自己的不足，把工作越做越好。
