　　1）首先，由当地的导游协助到地方接待社开具护照遗失证明，然后持当地接待社的遗失证明尽快地到就近警察局报案，取得警察机构开具的具有法律效力的报案证明2）持当地警察机构的报案证明和遗失者照片及旅行团的护照资料（即团队名单表）到中国驻在国的使领馆办理新的护照（或者临时通行证）3）持取得的新护照或临时通行证及有关资料到所在国的移民局办理签证。办理上述手续的费用完全由旅游者自理。
