THE INVITATION LETTER SUBMITTED BY THE ITALIAN COMPANY MUST CONTAIN ALL THE DATA HEREBY SPECIFIED WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION. INCOMPLETE DATA WILL LEAD TO A REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION AT THE COUNTER
(The invitation letter is to be drafted in Italian on headed paper, signed by a legal person and sealed with the company chop)

意大利商务邀请函的要求：
邀请函需提供原件,需用邀请公司的正式信头纸打印，印有邀请公司地址、电话号码、传真号码等联系信息，内容须包括：
1、申请人的护照号码、出生日期、职务、薪酬；
2、到访目的（必须详细具体），计划逗留的`时间（从什么时候到什么时候、共停留多少天），详细行程安排；
3、出访费用由谁支付；回国保证；
4、注明邀请人的姓名及职务，打印后盖章并亲笔签名；
如果是展会邀请请注意：A参展所交费用的汇款单据，及对方的发票确认;B展位图纸，并勾画出参展的位置;C参展的产品介绍及其他辅助材料，公司的业务介绍，交易额等。
