振作起来
Cheer up是常用来鼓励人的话，就是要别人高兴一点，不要难过(Don't be sad.)。而当别人灰心丧志时，说这句话是最适合不过了。使某人变高兴起来则是“cheer someone up”。

约翰：我又输了比赛.
Jane: Cheer up.You'll do better next time.
珍：振作点，你下次会表现更好的。
John: Thank you .You are so kind and supportive.
