  1,从个人简历的整体“外貌”

  用人单位在看过个人简历的整体形象后,就会针对其中的过硬指标来筛选,通常用人单位招聘的时候会对求职者的条件有所要求,比如说学历、专业、技能、工作经验、家庭住址、年龄等等。这些硬性的指标如果不能满足,会很难通过第一轮筛选。

  3,简历中有没有明确求职目标

  用人单位通过什么衡量硬性指标呢?要知道不同的职业、 岗位所需要的能力不同,同一用人单位对的部门主管岗位的要求,以及对部门经理岗位的要求差别很大。求职者在编写个人简历的时候必须要明确求职目标,不能等着用人单位来给你决策。

  4,个人简历的描述表达

  描述表达是用人单位筛选个人简历的一个重要标准,比如说个人简历的可读性、个人简历的真实性、求职者的优势特长等等,这些都是通过其表达能力来描述出来的。表达不好则对方很难接收到信息,那么自然难以通过筛选。
