一、内容必须真实

二、目标一定明确
IBM负责校园招聘的.苏毅表示,尤其是在申请大公司的职位时,一定要在简历最醒目处,明确表述清楚自己希望工作的“目标城市”、“目标部门”以及“目标岗位”。特别是要重视自己理想的职位是什么,然后从专业、技能、经验、兴趣等方面简单分析你的目标职位的由来。绝对忌讳那些眉毛胡子一把抓的申请者,而这种对自己职位没有明确目标的申请者,也是最容易被淘汰的对象。
三、简单但要厚实
简单的意思是,千万不要把简历写上五六页,一般人力资源部门负责第一轮简历筛选的人,根本没有那么多的精力看。据西门子公司负责校园招聘的孙小红介绍,一般在第一轮筛选简历时,平均来讲,看一份简历最多只有30—40秒的时间,所以张数太多的简历很容易招人烦。建议简历张数最好控制在一两张内,最多不要超过3张。
四、采用倒叙方法
很多人在写简历时,喜欢从过去讲到现在。建议最好采用倒叙方式来写,直接从最接近的时间入手,让简历筛选者更容易获得重要的信息。必要时,一些重要信息可以重点处理,但千万不要处理得太花哨,便于阅读是最主要的原则。
五、莫写所有经验
你所参加的实践、项目以及自己写的论文等最好不要全部写出来,只需要描述与自己现在应聘职位要求所相关的经验、经历就可以了。用这些经验证明你有能力做好自己的目标工作,能胜任自己的目标岗位。
六、不同公司简历不同
公司不相同,文化自然有差异。应聘者千万要记住;应聘不同的企业,一定要用不同的简历。这并不是主张应聘者简单地变更一下原来的简历就可以,而是建议应聘者必须结合要应聘的企业,重新写自己的简历。
