面试英语
面试英语是指以通过英语面试、获得所应聘职位为目的的英语，通常是进入外企或获得其它对英语水平要求较高的职位的必经一关。面试英语除了测试应聘者本身的英语口语水平，也是面试官了解应聘者、判断应聘者是否符合职位要求的主要渠道。一般英语面试的问题主要涉及个人性格、能力、教育背景、求职原因、工作经历、兴趣爱好、团队合作精神、职业规划及期望薪资等等。

1基本流程
不同的外企英语面试形式各异，但基本流程是差不多的。不同阶段准备重点不同：
第一轮，会从你的个人简历出发，询问一些有关个人的问题，比如请你用英语作自我介绍，这个阶段对应聘者的英语口语水平要求不是很高，能熟悉一些日常会话即可。
第二轮，从个人情况介绍转向专业领域。比如应聘市场部，则应聘者通常会被要求谈一谈以往最成功的案例，或者自身的业务强项等。
第三论，将是对英语口语能力的极大挑战。因为，最后一轮面试一般是和公司总裁级的人物面对面进行交流，外企的总裁一般是外国人，当然面试也就变成全英语的了。
2制胜原则
Positive(自信)：谈吐自信，就是要积极地进行自我肯定，让面试人充分了解你的优点与潜能。
Personal(个性)：若想在英语面试的整个过程给他人留下较为深刻的印象，除了语法，发音，用词和流利度等基本要求外，一要做到“个性鲜明”。个性鲜明是指我们要有自己的立场观点。任何观点都是可以的，只要能自圆其说，就是成功。
Pertinent(中肯)：实事求是，不要言过其实，夸夸其谈。既不要涉及和自己无关的事情，也不要一谈起自己就口若悬河，滔滔不绝，以避免不必要的语法和表达错误。
