is it right that the st ars s hould be paid in this way ? its all very well for people engaged in many othe r professions to envy the s ucces ses and rewards of these stars . howeve r , those who make enviou s remark s s hould remembe r that the most famous star s r epresent only the tip of an iceberg . for every famou s sta r , the re ar e h undr eds of other s st ruggling to earn a living . a man who at tempts to become a star is taking enormous risks . he knows at the outset that only a handful of competitors ever get to the very top . he knows that year s of concent rated effor ts may be rewa rded with complete failure . but he knows that the rewa rds for successes are very high indeed , and if he achieves the goal , he cer tainly earns them .
