Yesterday,I saw a film called "The terminal".This film is shot by a famous director whose name is Steven Spielberg .
You can say that the film is a comedy or a romantic film.Well ,eyeryone has been to airports.But have we ever noticed the people who work in the airports or even live in the airports?This film tells us such a story: An ordinary man whose name is Viktor Navorski .He was from a small country called Bulgaria.In order to realise his father's dream----getting an autograph of a musician he loved,and in order to get away from the war in his own country,he left his own country for The United States.But unfortunately, when he reached the airport ,he was told that his country was in war and his license was invalid.This meant that he wouldn'd be able to enter America.So he had to live in the airpout and waited .At first ,he had a lot of touble and got in great mass.Time goes by.Several months later,he got used to the condition.He made many friends and had a happy time everyday.He made a friend with a beautiful woman called Amelia Warren .She is an airplane assistant.Although there were a lot of men around her,a lot of men had loved her,she still felt lonely and unhappy.Because she still didn't know what she wanted and wha she had been waiting for.The two poor persons became true friends.Finally ,love appeared between them,and they found that they loved each other.In the end of the film, things didn't happen like we expected.The man got the permission of leaving the airport and got the autograph of the musician.The poor woman had to leave him and continued her previous life.
On the one hand ,I felt happy about the ending .Because the man finally could enter America and could realised his father's dream.And from the film ,I understood that American people are not all cool,most of them are friendly and warm-hearted,such as the ole cleaner and the policemen in the film.The are ordinary but happy and optimistic towards life.On the other hand ,I felt sorry about the ending.Because the two persons who had been in love with each other couldn't be together finally.In fact ,I don't like this kind of endings on TV.So I felt sad and sorry.
To be concluded,I like this film very much .And I also like the actor called Tom Hanks.I think that his film called The Da Vinci Code is perfect!

The Terminal is a good film that is funny, entertaining and deals with some good ol' fashioned drama situations. It felt very much like a documentary at times, maybe due to the fact it's based on a true story from the 1980's, but that didn't retract from the enjoyment factor. To say it's a story all about the trials and tribulations of just one man is perhaps a little too shallower way to sum it up but at certain times, you do wonder if the film's going anywhere. Such it is that the film DOES contain a few laughable moments adding to its comedy tag.
These come at certain intervals and everything in-between is just 'filla'. So there are some good, comic moments but in my opinion, there aren't as many 'funny' parts to make you laugh all the way through. The film deals with 'slapstick' humour in parts such as slipping over a wet floor or walking into a window. It's those sort of moments that do sort of distract from the film slightly.
Some of the stories within the film also feel generally annoying in the sense of the point of them being there. The film was supposed to be about one man (Hanks) I thought, NOT solely about anyone else and so I was rather surprised to see the little story about the food/cafeteria delivery worker attempting to get one of the other airport workers to fall in love with him. Things like that were flawed and distracted from the actual film. As I said before, that particular story line acted as a 'filla'; a way of upping the film length and it was disappointing.
Hanks' acting is good and although his accent was terribly annoying early on, I managed to adjust accordingly and with stand it all the way through. The character 'Gupta' is also rather amusing; using the simple concept of forcing people to slip up on his own polished floor merely for his amusement was rather odd- odd but funny none-the-less. Zeta-Jones' character and performance was also 'tolerable'. She wasn't in the film much I didn't notice but it's a good feeling when you realize Hanks has someone to really relate to as you stat to feel as if your feeling sorry for Hanks if you get into it too much and the acting from Zeta- Jones is some relief at least.
All in all I think you'll enjoy 'The Terminal' if you're the patient type. It's got a bit of humour, a bit of tragedy, a hint of romance and some moments where you'll really feel good for the characters as they finally get what they want after the last half an hour or so was probably built up to 'will it/they or won't it/they' not to mention the film itself on Hanks' struggle with staying in the airport.

I watched an American movie this day: Happy Endings. I felt a lot after watching it. At the beginning of the film, I deeply appreciate that the existence and strength of a country is a strong backing for its people abroad, followed by the importance of language communication. English is an international language, we must learn English well to prepare for joining the international society. I still have a deep impression of the hero's helplessness and loneliness at the beginning of the film because of the language barrier. Therefore, the hero spent three months learning English in an unfamiliar environment and learning and collecting useful knowledge for himself, and also helped a foreign man with filial piety.
Therefore, I feel that in the future, it does not matter when and under what conditions as long as you do not put down there will be expectations, as long as you pay will be rewarded. Difficulties are not terrible terrible is that they do not have the confidence to overcome difficulties. The movie also gave the main character a beautiful encounter, met a beautiful stewardess, the ending although the two did not get together but the main character still completed his father's last wish, to fulfill his father's promise! The moral is profound and highlights the meaning of happiness, I love this American film, it is worth watching to watch!

I found this film at another friend's house at night, so I borrowed it to watch it!
The name "Happy End" at first glance I thought it was a romance, but after a closer look I think it's an inspirational film (my opinion)!
The film is about the main character from a small European country who arrives in the United States when a coup occurs in his home country and he becomes a stateless person. In the case of neither entering the United States nor returning to his homeland, he is stuck in JFK International Airport and how to persevere.
One of the themes of the film is - life is waiting (Life-is-waiting). This reminds me of my motto: Life is waiting! I always believe that life is good, even though some of it isn't, but we still have to face it with a grateful, positive heart! For waiting - don't go waiting helplessly, but hopefully, positively, purposefully - go for it! A lot of happiness and opportunities come to you only after you wait tirelessly. Sometimes waiting is also an effort, depending on whether you will give up or ask to do it now instead of waiting. The main character in the film had the opportunity to give up and go out now without waiting, but he chose to wait and ended up waiting for what he wanted - happiness. Sometimes waiting is also a kind of hope, just like in "The Shawshank Redemption": without hope, you have nothing!
