　　How time flies. This term ends quickly and the winter holiday is coming. I make a general plan for it. Firstly, my teachers leave us some homework, so I must earnestly finish them on time.

　　I plan to finish them before the Spring Festival, and then I can enjoy the festival with all my heart. Secondly, I will spend some time with my friends. Generally, we study together but have little time to play.

　　During the holiday, we want to have fun together. Finally, I will visit my grandparents with my parents, and then we will spend the Spring Festival with them. I haven’t seen them for a long time. I miss them very much.

　　New Year‘s Day is one of important days for many people in the world during the year. Most people spend the New Year‘s Day in hotels. January 1st is considered as the New Year‘s Day. Most companies, shops, school, and government offices are closed during that time. People prepare for New Year‘s Day from late December. First, people spend a few days to clean their houses completely. Some families then put up some new painting from November to be sent in January. The New Year‘s meal is also prepared from the end of December. During the New Year‘s Day, people usually do not cook and relax at home. On New Year‘s Eve, it is common to have a bag dinner with family members or friends at home or in hotels and hear bells which informs us of the coming New Year. On New Year‘s Day, people greet each other. Some people wear new coats and visit temples to pray for happiness and health through out the New Year. Children are busy with getting the gifts from their parents and relatives.

　　In this winter holiday, what I hope most is to celebrate the new year. Because of the new year I can play crazy for six or seven days, and can eat all the delicious food all over.

　　In the early thirty-one, mother got up and made various preparations for the new year. When I changed my new clothes, I began to help my father to join the spring festival couplet and a beautiful and lovely little tiger. In the evening, one of the people of us began to eat a rich year's dinner. The adults made a large table of dishes, each of which I had only eaten a small mouthful, and I felt that I could not eat it.

　　After watching my favorite and amusing Xiao Shenyang and Zhao Benshan's "donate", I had to go upstairs and put fireworks with sister Yuri Huang. Phoenix Sun, Shuihuolian, fireworks, colorful marbles, whip a more than a good-looking, the sky has been colorful fireworks light.

　　After the zero point, we children began to give the adults a new year to wish their elders a happy new year. Adults also send us red packets, hoping that we can study well and grow healthily.

　　The new year is really busy! I really want to celebrate the new year, so that I can play it. However, with the arrival of the new year, I have also grown a year old, I think I should be more sensible, more listening to the elders, more good study.
