　　眼下正是毕业生求职的旺季，要求职，简历是不可少的。然而，许多求职者对待简历的态度却着实的让招聘方头疼。某公司的招聘人员孙先生认为，现在的求职者尤其是应届毕业生过度为个人简历“注水”，导致求职简历里虚假的成分太多，这样往往容易陷入求职的误区。

　　几分钟做好一份简历

　　“我具有很强的敬业精神，能熟练使用计算机和OFFICE办公软件，既有独立工作能力，又极富团队精神，同时具有良好的职业道德和职业操守。富有进取心，无论是在工作中还是利用业余时间都能够不断地充实自己，逐步提升自己的知识层面和工作能力。”这是一份简历上的自我评价，记者调查后发现，大概70%的求职简历上自我评价这一部分都是大同小异。

　　难道是大家都“心有灵犀”?27日，一位从泰安过来参加招聘会的刘同学向记者介绍了他做简历的方法。原来，这些“相似”的简历有的是使用了高校复印店里提供的简历模版完成的，而更多的是从求职网站下载的。

　　记者登陆了一个名为“写作范文论文网”的网站，果然在首页的“写作模版”里面找到了应届毕业生求职的简历模版。该模版分为4个部分，除了个人基本资料之外，还安排了一套丰富的社会实践及实习经历，以及十分贴切的自我评价，还附带有英文简历。求职者要做的只是根据这个模版，结合自己的学习情况做一下微调即可，整个过程不会超过5分钟。

　　对此，一些招聘单位也表达了他们的不满：“说实话，有时候看这种简历真的没什么意思，大家的情况基本都一样。由此可以看出这些求职者没有用心来对待招聘，这是一种敷衍，对我们招聘单位不负责，对他们自己也不负责。”

　　每个人的经历都很辉煌

　　一些毕业生不把简历当回事，随便应付，而另一些人却在简历上下足了功夫。

　　“我很纳闷，怎么来应聘的同学全都是'官'呢?”日前来参加人才招聘会的某公司孙先生提出了质疑。原来，一上午的时间他收到了不下百份简历，令他瞠目结舌的是，这些应聘者大多数都有着令人眼晕的头衔，不是学生会的副主席就是某学生社团的副社长，最差的也是班里的学生干部。“我就不相信这个学校的毕业生人人都是学生干部。”孙先生表示，他会认真核实这些简历的真伪，如果简历有假，将不会录用。

　　在采访中，记者了解到，给自己的简历“充水”的同学大有人在，不过大多数人也知道这样做不对。工商学院的隋杰告诉记者，现在干啥都讲诚信，可像他这样的在四年大学生活中表现平平的学生，如果不在简历上动点手脚，让自己的经历“辉煌”一点，拿什么去打动招聘方呢?所以，他和同学们大都在简历上下了功夫。经过一番包装后，隋杰变成了学校里一个学生社团的宣传部部长，还利用寒暑假时间参加了大大小小的社会实践，获得各个单位的一致好评，而且还拥有了三好学生证、学校优秀团员证等等，甚至连不及格的几门课程也变成了优秀。

　　对此，大多数用人单位都表示很无奈。毕竟，这么多简历，谁也没有时间和精力挨个去跟学校核实。一位招聘者表示，他愿意公平的对待每一位参加应聘的同学，也希望他们能够认真、诚实的对待这一次选择人生的机会。

　　对于一些毕业生对待简历不认真乃至作假的行为，一些教育界人士表示了反对。鲁东大学就业指导中心的一位老师认为，求职简历是对四年大学生活的总结，每个学生都要认真对待。求职靠的是真才实学而不是弄虚作假，即使依靠漂亮的简历获得了工作，迟早是要被激烈的竞争所淘汰的。
