　　简历是求职时所用的第一块敲门砖，又像是一张拜会的帖子，能不能得到面试的机会全靠它。正因为这样，找工作的人总是要先在简历上下一番功夫，费心思琢磨。初出校门的毕业生由于缺乏别的推荐自己的途径，更是将制作简历当作求职的第一出重头戏来准备。

　　于是，人们在招聘会上看到的学生简历是五花八门，各具特色。为了在众多竞争对手中脱颖而出，莘莘学子充分发挥他们的聪明才智，力争使自己的简历别出心裁。在包装上，个人写真、彩色打印、彩色封面早已不算新鲜。而据报道，一名非重点大学的女生因担心自己的竞争力不突出，竟花三千多元做了20份“精品简历”，这些简历的内容是请专人进行策划的，每一页都用极好的铜版纸，乍一看，不像简历，倒像本精致的杂志。

　　在包装上做文章还只是其一，拿什么样的内容去填充简历更是叫人挖空心思。推敲主次，遣词用句，有的毕业生嫌自己的资质阅历不够，就想出了往简历里面“注水”，甚至作假的招儿。要么夸大其词凭空杜撰一些经历业绩，要么偷梁换柱收集别人的奖状、证书改成自己的。

　　在此，我们无意讨论做简历需要遵守什么样的道德原则，只是想回到最根本的问题：简历到底做什么用?简历只是一封介绍信，把你自己介绍到工作的面前。你是否适合这个工作以及能否得到它由你本身的条件所决定，而不是你的简历所能左右的。一份好的简历可以为你带来面试的机会，而你是否为人所接受，取决于你与用人单位接触过程中的表现，你的经验、素质、能力是否真的适合这份工作。

　　“当年我们毕业求职的时候，常常争论一个问题：简历究竟是写一页好呢?还是该写两页?一页似乎太轻薄，写两页又怕人事经理根本没有耐心翻到第二页——我们整天在这样的问题上纠缠不休。”中关村一家科技企业的年轻主管谈到，“现在轮到自己为公司寻找新人，常常也要看大量的简历，决定是否要面试某个人。这才发现，简历是几页根本一点都不重要。没人留意这个问题，我只看这个人的专业是否适合我这里的工作，他有什么主要能力，有什么特别的优点能吸引我。”

　　另一位任公司中层经理、经常面试求职者的先生把道理讲得更明白：“求职者总是站在自己的角度，挖空脑子想：我有什么，我想要什么?却很少站在急需用人的企业那一边考虑：他们需要什么?我所有的是否正是他们所需要的?”

　　“我们不要最好的，而是要最合适的”。这是许多企业在求才时所持的原则。因此，你的简历应该是告诉人家，你能做好这件工作，而不是你能做很多的工作。
