找工作或面试时要不要谈薪水，不同的人也会有不同的想法。德国人也许说，给我多少薪水是老板的事儿，不是我该关心的。当然，老板如果“拎不清”，给出的薪水不符合市场行情，那就走人。跟他讨价还价，有损我们德国人脸面。珠珠也曾听说有一个美国人这样讲他的谈薪经历。某天他看到某培训学校在招聘美语口语教师，可是招聘广告上并没有写明薪水是多少。于是他打电话过去问：我很愿意来应聘，可是我能问一下我的薪水将会是多少吗?对方回答说：过来面谈。美国人拒绝了，为什么?他说，这样的学校让我觉得不够坦白诚实。所以现在大部分诚实坦白的公司都会在职位描述后注明工资数额。譬如说，最近在我们公开的热线手机上常常会收到这样的招聘短信，发信时间一般都在凌晨1点左右：某大酒店招聘公关小姐，要求身体健康思想开放收入丰厚日结。在意者请拨打电话××××××××。言简意赅而且也不失“诚实坦白”———当然这种半夜三更发布招聘信息的行为应该是一种非正常行为，我们的求职者当然应该擦亮眼睛，提高警惕。

这是你在该公司的最后一次面试。
他们已了解你，也看出你高出其他求职者一筹。
你也已了解他们，越全面越好，你可以看出他们什么时候坚定什么时候犹豫。
你已清楚工作状况。
他们已了解你，认为你正适合工作需要。
他们已说：“我们需要你!”
他们已说：“我们必须把你留下。”
为什么推迟些说比较好?因为如果你在面试中表现出色，他们可能开出一个比预算更高的工资。所以，你不要先去触碰这个“雷区”。但是，如果面试官很早就提出了这个问题，你最好的回答是：我很愿意谈论这个问题，但是能不能先请你谈一下工作内容?”或者说：“在你决定雇用我、我决定在这儿工作之前讨论这个问题还为时过早。”大多数情况下，这样的说法都是奏效的。
