　　附:上司通知我公司急需招聘一名业务代表，并且老板有言在先，这次招聘的业务代表不同往常，重要的是他是不是一个注重细节的人。所以，上司一再强调在招聘启事中要把老板提出的责任心和细心放在首位。

　　我们公司虽是一家知名企业，但要在短时间内找一位符合老板要求的人还是有点困难，我决定在招聘启事里做点“文章”。我的启事是这样写的：本公司急需招聘一名业务代表，男女不限，大专以上学历，电子专业，要求能适应激烈的市场“竟争”，有较强的责任心和敬业精神，有相关工作经验者优先录取。

　　第二天，我的展位很快就吸引了几位应聘者。我问站在最前面的一位男士是否符合招聘启事上的要求，他胸有成竹地说自己有两年的业务代表工作经历。我让他把招聘内容念一遍，他用极标准的普通话大方地念了起来，我问是否发现有不当的地方，他又念了一遍后很肯定地摇了摇头，我有些失望。另外几位求职者有的说里面的句子不通顺，有的说没有公司的详细地址，还有的说招聘广告写得不规范，却没有一个人发现广告中真正的问题。

　　快到11时了，我有些着急，就指着招聘广告大声说：谁能指出招聘广告的不当之处，下午就可到公司面试。

　　话音刚落，展位立即挤满了人，有个女孩高兴得喊出了声，她满怀信心地向我展示她的湖南大学毕业证书，并说她是刚踏出校门的应届生，找了一个多月的工作，皆因没有工作经验而被拒绝。她还说一定能够胜任业务代表这个工作岗位，因为之所以选择从做业务开始，迈出走向社会的第一步，就是要适应市场竞争。随后她拿起笔将启事上“竟争”两字改为“竞争”。这时旁边的人才恍然大悟，我开心地笑了，并告诉她下午到公司面试。

　　回到公司，上司告诉我，上午招聘的女孩老板很满意，我点了点头，始终没有说出上午招聘的过程。
