　　姗姗和娟娟是一对孪生姐妹，在黑龙江读完大学后就来大连闯荡，但一直不顺利。昨天，她们特意来到大连人力资源开发服务中心，找一个看不见的“考官”，以对她们的能力和素质做出综合的评价。测评结果显示，姐妹俩的智商很高，有一定的决策能力，但性格比较内向。旁边的职业指导人员根据这位“考官”的评价给予建议，试试文员、秘书等工作，还可以尝试做超市的收银员，在实践中增长才干。姗姗告诉记者，这个评价可成为认识我们自己的参考，今后在与人沟通上多下点工夫。

　　这个看不见的“考官”就是职业素质测评系统。通过电脑测试系统，每位测试者通常要在70分钟内回答300 400道题目，“考官”通过这几百道考题对测试者的智商、能力、性格与职业倾向4个方面给予综合的测评。有些题目设计得很“可笑”，但这正是为了防止测试者对电脑“说谎”，考察测试者对一件事儿的态度是否始终如一。应该说，这个“考官”给出的结果比较公正，它使人们进一步看清自己，对一些测评者给出的评语也相当不客气。

　　在职场上，看不见的“考官”对供需双方都有帮助。求职者可以参考“考官”的建议清楚地认识自己，修正自己就业定位，并取长补短，通过培训等方式全方位提升自己。对用人单位而言，则可根据个人的智商、情商和性格安排合适的岗位，并可有针对性地安排培训，挖掘其潜能。

　　但就目前而言，看不见的“考官”在职场上发言权还不大。大连人力资源开发服务中心职业指导部部长高宏满告诉记者，目前该中心一年接待的测评者约400 500人，大部分是高校毕业生，其他的求职者还比较少，而固定的企业用户也寥寥无几。在开发区劳动人事局人力资源开发服务中心，人才测评部部长张红军介绍，这里的测评者要多一些，但也以高校毕业生为主，企业用户大多集中在外资企业，还有就是学校和事业单位了。高宏满认为，许多求职者虽然年龄不小，但还谈不上真正认识自己，期望值过高导致心理落差大，因此在应聘前应该做一个测评，找准自己的定位。而企业虽不否认职业素质评价的作用，但舍不得掏钱，固守传统考核方式的现象还比较普遍，其实用人失误付出的成本往往要更大。
