Furthermore, I have won other prizes for my excellent performance.

　　所谓“三突出”，即突出自己的'“名、优、特”，并且与所求岗位直接相关。一是突出名气，你在同行中或是周围人群里名气如何，曾取得过什么成绩，受过什么奖励，别人的评价如何等;二是突出优点、长处，特别是那些你所具有而别人没有的优点和长处，比如用人单位正好需要的技术特长、知识水平和其他本领;三是突出特殊技术和能力，能解决别人不能解决的困难，设计和策划出别人不能想出来的技术和办法。
