通知的写法
【例1】明天早八点，二年级学生要在学校门外集合，请穿上旧衣服，去农场劳动。
请根据所给条件写一个简短的通知。
【解题思路】
在动笔之前首先要认真分析题意，找准要点。既然是“通知”，就要注意以下几点：
①通知谁(who)？②干什么(what)？③什么时候(when)？④什么地方(where)？⑤其他注意事项。
在认真审题的基础上，编拟要点提纲：①被通知人：②事情：③时间：④地点：⑤注意事项：然后成文，再检查是否有错。
【例2】明天(星期五)全班同学将去参观科学博物馆(the Science Museum)，由你(班长)通知全体同学。内容如下：
(1)早上8点钟在校门口集合，步行前往。
(2)下星期一交一份有关参观的报告。
(3)参观时要认真听，仔细看并记下有趣的东西。
(4)不可在博物馆内大声喧哗及拍照。
(5)带笔和笔记本。
要求：①不要逐句翻译。②字数80字左右。
【解题思路】
根据通知的写作要求，通知的正文一般都是写在“Notice”一词之下，一般来说不必写称呼语和结束语。出通知的单位名称可以写在notice之上，也可以写在正文的右下角。
正文一般采用文章式，有时为了醒目，也可采用广告式。广告式要力求简明扼要，一个句子可分几行。
根据以上要求，再根据题目的提示，可以尝试写出文章。
命题作文的写法
【例】以“My English teacher”为题，根据下面的提示语写一篇短文，字数：60一80。
①李梅，女，北京人，32岁，大眼睛，短发。
②和蔼可亲，总是面带笑容，和同学相处融洽。
③教书10年，课上得很好，深受大家欢迎。
④同学们英语学得好。
【解题思路】
根据上述四条提示，将以下几点作为短文的表达要点，罗列如下：
①my English teacher，be (come) from，32 years old，big eyes，short hair
②kind，a smile on her face，get on well with
③teach 10 years，teach well，love her
④be good at(do well in)
再根据书面表达的要求，将上述这些要点组织成文。
写回信
【例1】假设你叫王明，昨天收到了笔友David的e-mail，得知他不久要到北京来学习中文。他想了解如何学好中文。请你用英文给他回复一封e-mail，介绍学习中文的体会和方法，提出你的建议，以及表达你帮助他学好中文的愿望。
【解题思路]】
分析所给提示，得知本文的写作要点如下：
①David来京的目的是学中文。
②中英文的不同导致学中文很难。
③学好中文的方法及建议：多读、多写、多听、多和周围的中国人交流。
④本文属于简单的叙述，故用一般现在时即可。
【例2】假设你是李明，请根据下列提示给王强回一个电子邮件，告诉他你长大之后的理想。要求如下：
①王强的理想是当一名医生。
②李明上个月参观了北京并爱上了北京。
③李明的理想：在北京工作，建设北京。
【解题思路】
要求作者根据收到的电子邮件给予回复，了解了对方的理想之后，写作时应首先鼓励对方为实现自己的理想而努力，接着作者应通过一次北京之旅阐述自己的感想和愿望以及为实现自己的理想应付出怎样的努力。
班会发言
【例】在一次英语班会上，老师请同学们以“Proud of My School”为主题写一篇发言稿。字数要求在80～100词之间。文中不得出现真实的人名、地名。
【解题思路】
根据发言稿的写作特点(发言的地点、发言的对象、发言的内容)可以从下列提示中得到启示：
①What does your school look like？(学校的各种设施)
②What fun do you have at school？(学校进行的各种娱乐活动)
③ Why do you like your school？(和蔼可亲的老师、同学等)
海报的写法
【例】请以学校学生会的名义为一场篮球友谊赛写一份海报，内容如下：
①参加者：中山中学校队和我校校队
②地点：中山中学操场
③时间：2006年6月25日(星期天)下午4点
④组织者：我校学生会
⑤海报发出时间：2006年5月20日
【解题思路】
海报是一种带有装饰性的宣传广告。内容以影讯、展览、演出信息、友谊赛等为主。为了尽可能使更多的人知道，海报往往贴在醒目之处。
根据要求，此文章可以从以下几点考虑：
①简明扼要说明比赛的参与者；
②从比赛时间和海报发出时间上断定应用将来时；
③交代清楚比赛由我校学生会组织，但地点在中山中学操场。
根据提示词语写作
【例】据中文提示和英文提示词语，写一篇意思连贯、符合逻辑的短文。所给英文提示词语必须用上。字数80左右。
