浅谈商务英语的4大瓶颈6点建议及写作范文参考
商务英语4大瓶颈
瓶颈一: 专心英语，忽视商务。
突破方法：拓展商务背景，培养商务思维。
有的学员多年学习英语，甚至是英语专业毕业，英语足够好，语法、词汇以及听说能力具佳，但通过商务英语学习，仍然无法获得在商务场景下运用语言的能力。所以，学员们往往心态急切，要么是工作的人士，提高商务英语技能为工作需要，要么是即将毕业的学生，即将走入职场，试图增加竞争的砝码。
为了增加对商务英语词汇的敏感性，需要了解涉及各个职能和行业的商务背景知识，前者常与某个职位相联系，后者常与某个场景相联系，所以在学习过程中，要侧重提高在商务环境下应用语言的能力，以及涉及到的基本的商务背景知识。商务人士的说话语气和交流思维，特别是英美人士的商务思维和日常生活中的思维是不同的。语言是思维的载体。思维方式的不同，造成了语气和语言表达的不同。这也是Business English和General English的相异之处。
瓶颈二：专心商务，忽视英语。
突破方法：夯实基础，从最实用的东西入手，获得拿来即用的能力。
有的学员拥有多年的工作经验和丰富的商务背景知识，但英语基础不好，听说读写能力都有待提高，以适应或应对工作中的对外沟通的需要。
商务英语学习应该明确动机，就是学习最实用的东西。对于以应试为目的的学生，如果只是从纯应试的角度来入手的话，很难提高实用技能。当然商务英语考试(e.g. BEC & TOIEC)是很大程度上属于能力考试，出题方面会最大限度的避免高分低能的现象。商务英语的教学经验告诉我们，要增加学习的效率，要将应试与实用技能有机结合。实用的不一定是商务英语，而商务英语一定是实用的。商务英语课程讲得不是纯商务(Business Background)，也不是公共英语(General English)，讲的是英语在商务环境下的应用，可以称为英语商务，或商务英语。所以离开商务背景谈商务英语学习是没有意义的。学习的最好状态不但要通过考试，更是要课上学到的东西出了教室就可以派上用场。
瓶颈三：缺乏实战语境，不能学以致用。
突破方法：构造学习语境，依靠案例学习。
模拟真实案例学习的最大好处在于，让学习进入实战状态，感受类似真实的商务场景。任何商务案例(Business Real-case)都是一个实用的“小故事”，学生应把自己当成故事中的主角，或是这个场景即将发生在他们身上。这样的“故事”，可以帮助学生消化语言，提高技能。较简单场景学生可以当堂练习，而较复杂的商务案例，学生可以有一定时间在课下准备。这样可以防止学生在口语课堂上“练听力”的尴尬。现学现卖是很好的感觉。一方面帮助学生消化课堂所学的内容，另外扩大了学生的视野，提高了他们的技能。学生课前充分准备包括思考或查找资料，然后进行课上商务英语实践，这样学生就在课下输入(Input)在课上输出(Output)，使所学的语言点和技能自然转化，学生由被动接受(Receptive)变为主动参与(Productive)。另外，当把错误犯在课堂里的时候，可以有针对性的查漏补缺，增加学习效率。
通过案例学习不但实现了“实践”，还学到了实用的理念。比如：由于商务英语表达的得体性(Gentle & Courteous)，学生应该学会在商务环境高效率沟通的方式：还包括最实用的技巧。比如：由于商务英语传达信息的有效性(Informative)，学生应该学会为了达到商务目的而进行的自我介绍(Purposeful Self-introduction)。
瓶颈四：学习一劳永逸，忽视动态学习。
突破方法：将商务英语学习和工作相结合，常学常新。
随着社会经济的快速发展，全球化在各行各业的深入，电子商务对企业来说已经不再是一种技术，而是一种必要的策略。这就给商务时间带来了新的技术、理念、观念和战略，同时也带来了大量新鲜语汇。所以，商务英语的不可能历久尤新，学习过程更不能一劳永逸。将商务英语学习融入工作和生活，常学常新。
