1)，真实诚恳
一份出色的个人简历必然兼备真实性特点，不真实的简历会让用人单位觉得是在浪费时间。不管求职者的优势有多大，能力有多高求职都应该保持有真实诚恳态度。如果求职者的态度不好，又怎么能指望被别人善待呢?那么要如何表现自己的真实诚恳态度呢?一来要保证个人简历有足够的内涵，二来简历的设计与打印都要用心，让用人单位在拿到你的简历那一刻就看出你的认真。
2)，不卑不亢
编写个人简历要把持有不卑不亢的'语气，不卑是指在简历中不能以低三下四的语气去乞求对方给你一次机会，要知道用人单位做的不是慈善事业，他们要的是有才能的人才，你能不够绝不会因为乞求而通融，过分的乞求与依赖甚至会令对方反感。不亢则是指不能过分自信，过分自信就变成了自负，太过狂妄的言论也会令人不喜。
3)，实事求是
编写个人简历要保持实事求是的态度，最好能以第三人称的角度来表现自己的能力，用事实说话以数据做为论据，提高简历的真实性与说服力，即可提高简历的通过率。
