如何做英文自我介绍
“面试”是我们在工作过程中面临的必不可少的一个步骤。而用英语面试，在国内一些大城市也越来越常见。如下是中国人才网给大家整理的如何做英文自我介绍，希望对大家有所作用。
常见套路：Small Talk
所有的面试，都会以一些简单的Small Talk开始。
Small talk is used to build a more comfortable environment before the interview begins. It may seems silly, but you can practice the small talk on your own by asking yourself simple, easy-to-answer, non-personal questions. You could aslo practice with a friend.
Small talk的目的`在于快速地建立一种轻松愉悦的面试环境，帮助面试更好进行。这类的问题，其实也是可以准备的。我们平时可以和自己或者朋友来一起练习，问一些简单，容易回答且不侵犯个人隐私的问题。
举个栗子：
- How are you doing?
- I'm great, thank you. And you?
- How was your weekend?
- It was great, we celebrated my mom's birthday. How was your weekend?
- How are you doing?
- I'm doing really well. It's such a nice day out there.
- It is. It was perfect weather all weekend.
- It was.
- Did you do anything interesting over the weekend?
- Yes, I went to the park with my family for a picnic.
- That sounds nice.
- It was. And you?
- I worked this weekend, but I got a lot done, so that was good.
- It does feel good to get work done.
回答Small Talk时候的小技巧：
- Be polite and friendly
一定要注意礼貌，友善
- Keep your answers short
回答尽量简洁
- Feel free to turn the questions back to the interviewer

常见套路：自我介绍
Why don't you tell me a little bit about yourself?
这是一个非常普遍的问题，几乎所有的面试都会问。听起来好像很恐怖，无从下手，但其实面试官就是想以此来更多了解你，看你合不合适这个工作。所以在回答这样的问题时，我们可以重点介绍自己的：教育背景，工作经历，专业领域，兴趣爱好，特长等。
比如我们可以这样开始：
I studied at Harvard University and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Business.
I've been working at Smith, Inc. for 10 years as a manager. (Inc. 读成 incorperated)
I have 12 years of experience in graphic design.
Because of my time at Verizon, I have a lot of experience in providing custom service.
自我介绍如何准备：
1. 提前写出自己的答案，但不要太长，一分钟左右足够了;
2. 利用录音或者录视频的方式来帮助练习，反复播放视频或音频，查缺补漏;
3. 在练习过程中，好的句子一定要熟练掌握。碰到不熟悉的或者总忘记的，尝试用自己熟悉的表达来代替;
4. 练习的时候，大声说出来。请不要只是拿张纸写出来，或者在心里默默地念;
