【摘要】 众所周知,重庆是我国摩托车的重要生产基地。从现有的发展状态来看,重庆的摩托车生产主要由嘉陵、宗申、力帆、隆鑫等几家大型摩托车集团所控制。从表面上看重庆的的摩托车生产似乎已经形成了集团化、集约化的发展态势,然而通过调查发现,重庆摩托车所谓的集团化生产只不过是一种集团化组装生产,最多只能说是一种集团化的组装车间。
通过调查发现,重庆几大摩托车生产集团是由下面数以千计的大大小小的摩配厂支撑的,即是由下面许多只生产单一的摩托车配件的小规模工厂为原料和配件供应商组成的。基于这种情况重庆重庆摩托车生产模式就有着一些致命的缺陷制约其发展。造成重庆摩托车生产模式这种缺陷的重要原因就是重庆大大小小的摩托车配件厂有着自身的局限性。这些局限性包括:工厂规模普遍偏小,不能形成集约化生产从而导致生产成本较高;工厂只重视效益,不重视科研投入,新技术推广较慢,生产方式改进迟缓;工厂与工厂之间只顾眼前利益,相互之间以市场价格为切入点进行不正当竞争,形成恶性循环:工厂领导者素质普遍不高,管理水平低下,工厂规模发展缓慢;市场信息不畅通,信息传播和接受途径落后。造成工厂与市场脱节;受制于大型摩托车集团,在产、供、销环节中占被动地位。所有这些情况表明:重庆摩配市场未来发展前景并不乐观,希望政府、大型摩配企业能给予足够的重视。
