On the one hand, it can offer employment opportunities for college graduates, which can help to solve the graduates' employment problems. On the other hand, college graduates are full of energy and knowledge and they will try their best to contribute to the village.

However, on the contrary, some people coosider it does more harm than good. To begin with, college graduates lack experience, so they can be confused about what and how to do. Second, huge hope and worry can result in deep pressure, which can prevent them from continuing working on their plans. Last but oot least，they may find it difficult applying knowledge to practice, because it's just book knowledge, often not matching the fact. As a result，they will give up to the difficulties.
但是，相反，有些人认为这样做坏处大于好处。首先，大学毕业生缺乏经验，所以他们会在要做什么以及如何去做方面有疑惑。其次，巨大的期望和担忧会导致深深的压力，这会阻碍他们按照自己的计划继续工作。最后，他们也许会发现把知识应用到实践中很困难，因为那些只是书本知识，通常和现实不相符。结果，他们会在困难面前放弃。
From my point of view, it's beneficial for college graduates to work as vi1lage officials, but they should be brave enough to face the possible difficulties and resist various temptation.(176 words)
依我看来，对大学毕业生来说做村官是有益处的，但是他们应该足够勇敢地去面对有可能遇到的困难，并且抵御各种诱惑。
