这份简历太花哨，封面上那么大个艺术照，不成个人写真了?”“这几份内容差不多，千篇一律。”……南京航空航天大学外语学院最近布置了做个人求职简历的作业，初步检查发现交上来的简历有半数以上不合格，其中大部分是因为简历太厚，突不出重点。
简历不合格，主要问题集中在内容和格式上。记者随手翻了一下同学们做的简历，发现一些同学把自己的中学经历都写了进去;社会实践工作也是大到学生会、小到志愿者全都填上;而证书、奖状这块则是简历中对比最鲜明的，有些人是一点都没有，而有些优秀学生的求职简历都附了厚厚一摞成绩单、荣誉证书的复印件。记者简单计算了一下，三年的“三好学生”、“奖学金”、“优秀学生干部”等就几乎要10页纸了，再加上英语、计算机的证书，一份简历怎能不厚。担任学院学生会干部的小许告诉记者：“我不知道怎么筛选这些。不放上去吧，感觉自己没优势，全放上去吧，又说我这份简历没特色。”
南航学生处副处长王奇峰表示，作为“敲门砖”的简历若做不好，往往会因此而丧失了一次机会。简历必须针对用人单位的招聘需求重点突出自己的优势。对于过多的证书奖状，要突出重点。比如英语四、六级证书，计算机二、三级证书都有，你就可以省去英语四级和计算机二级证书的复印件。每到招聘的时候，一个企业，尤其是大企业会收到很多份简历，工作人员不可能每个都仔细研读。据华为公司人力资源部负责人介绍，一般15秒读一份简历。所以，简历避免太长，而且要把重要的信息放在前面，这样的简历才会提高应聘的命中率。
