　　My name is xxx, and I have graduated from jiangxi Nanchang University in the year of 2003. My major is secretary in English department. It’s my great pleasure to have this opportunity to improve our mutual understanding.

　　During the three –year college study，I tried my best to learn all kinds of knowledge，and weigh the hard work of my teachers and myself; I have mastered English listening，speaking，writing and reading skills. Moreover，I have a good command of Business English and the basic theory， public relationship of secretary. 　　At the same time, I learnt computer skills during my summer vacation，and now I’m familiar with Office 2000. It is my three –year college life that makes me form my life attitude. Also my three-year college life that makes me rich in knowledge.

　　求职信是打开求职大门的“金钥匙”。10日，在此间召开的中国就业市长论坛上，劳动和社会保障部提醒广大求职者，写好求职信要做到“三忌”“三要”和“三突出”。

　　所谓“三忌”，即一忌高枕无忧，以为自己有技术、有经验、有文凭，就拥有了求职成功的全部资本，过分地坚信自己“天生我才必有用”，而在求职信中流露出盲目自信，甚至提出过分要求;二忌洋洋万言，述说自己对几乎所有职业都有能力和兴趣，一副“包打天下”架势;三忌主题不明，事无巨细，写成一份流水式学习工作总结。

　　所谓“三要”，即一要精心构思，着力于表达或暗示自己聪明才智、适应能力、工作态度和发展潜力;二要情有独钟，展现出自己对应聘单位及拟从事岗位有着浓厚兴趣，写作中可适当地用一些表示情态的言词;三要新颖独特，在形式和内容上都要争取一些冲击力或震撼力，突出重点兼及一般。

　　所谓“三突出”，即突出自己的“名、优、特”，并且与所求岗位直接相关。一是突出名气，你在同行中或是周围人群里名气如何，曾取得过什么成绩，受过什么奖励，别人的评价如何等;二是突出优点、长处，特别是那些你所具有而别人没有的优点和长处，比如用人单位正好需要的技术特长、知识水平和其他本领;三是突出特殊技术和能力，能解决别人不能解决的困难，设计和策划出别人不能想出来的技术和办法。
