求职简历也有对错?有!一家公司主管招聘的李先生说，收到的简历，80%以上不合格，主要问题集中在格式上，比如教育经历，喜欢从中学写起;工作经历，习惯从刚参加工作写起，这都属于简历的硬伤。简历普遍都太长。有的甚至十几页，其实简历内容过多反而会淹没一些有价值的闪光点。
而且，每到招聘的时候，一个企业，尤其是大企业会收到很多份简历，工作人员不可能每个都仔细研读，1份简历一般只用1分钟就看完了，再长的简历也超不过3分钟。
所以，简历尽量要短，简历过长的一个重要原因是有的人把中学经历都写了上去，李先生认为，教育经历应该从大学开始写起，学历从最高开始写，比如先写博士，后写硕士，再就是本科。工作经历应先从现在所从事的工作写起，招聘人员最关心的是你所受的'最高教育和最近的工作，这样写简历才会提高应聘的命中率。
很多学生的求职简历都附了厚厚一摞成绩单、荣誉证书的复印件，一些公司的人力资源部门一致认为，只需要在简历上列出所获得的比较重要的荣誉。如果企业对此感兴趣，会要求求职者在面试时把这些带去。几位人力资源部经理一再告诫大家，求职简历一定要按照实际情况填写。
