　　附：求职信的正确写法

　　一、不宜太长

　　哈佛人力资源研究所在1992年就有一份经典的测试报告，即一封求职信如果内容超过400个单词，则其效度只有25%，即阅读者只会留下对1/4内容的印象，因此写得简洁是十分重要的一个标准。

　　二、不宜有文字上的错讹

　　切忌有错字、别字、病句及文理欠通顺的现象发生。写完之后要通读几篇，精雕细琢，否则就可能使求职信“黯然无光”。

　　三、不宜“翻版”履历

　　许多求职者写出来的求职信简直就是把履历用另外一种形式表述，使人阅毕也不得要领。

　　求职信正确的写法是首段指出信息来源，即从何处得悉招聘信息;第二段是对本人申请职位的描述和界定;第三段是对个人符合某一职位的条件的高度概括式的陈述;最后一段则是表示对阅读者的感谢。
